Nice easy transaction and good comms with Sales Executive

Seating covers in showroom areas worn - gave a poor impression Coffee area and quality could be improved Handover bay - no room to walk round car felt like a lock up garage with a roller shutter door, dark, cold gloomy. Not a wow experience.

Jen was excellent! She kept me up to date with everything. Handover was was incredibly smooth and Jen made sure I was all set with everything the way I would like.

Harriet our salesperson was so friendly and knowledgeable there was no question she couldn't answer. Went over and beyond to arrange we could buy the showroom countryman so we didn't have to wait till August for the one we had ordered.
