The numbers on my gearshift have disappeared. Not sure if its an LED that's failed, however the car has only done 12k miles. The technician advised I need a new one under the warranty. I'm still waiting to hear from the depot for the replacement.

Generally quite satisfied with the centre, but we had to wait around a bit and unfortunately the coffee machine wasn't working. Also there were some 'cold callers' operating out of the booth behind us, phoning people up for the VIP event.

Car was collected and dropped off within the time frame. I cannot comment on the service at the dealer as I was not present. Service was included with sale of car from new and no added expense was incurred.

Same as above. In general I found that every time I need to do something out of the ordinary (i.e. service) the running cost for the mini are unnecessary expensive.

Was waiting half an hour to be picked up from time set by service centre with no call to say they would be later.as an outcome my wife was more than an hour late for her work.They had to fix a problem that should have been pick up on the Pdi.

For a first service £245 is a lot of money! I was used to that kind of cost when I drove a 6 cylinder Porsche. Our other car (Skoda) was a lot cheaper albeit a diesel one year service, but event so still relatively cheaper.

My car had gone into 'limp home mode' and after calling John Clark Mini was advised to take it there where it would either be fixed while I waited or given a courtesy car. I was given the latter and my car was repaired the next day.

Car booked in for MOT at 1000hrs advised it would take 1hour arrived at 0945hrs car completed at 1210hrs. Expressed dissatisfaction at unacceptable delay, response was " You can see we are busy" and a ten pounds discount was given.
